ABOUT QUIKDOK
Built on Industrial Coating Expertise Since 2013
Quikdok is developed by Baltic Bullet Liner, an industrial coating company established in 2013.
For over a decade, we have specialized in polyurethane and polyurea coatings for automotive, industrial machinery, commercial and military vehicles.
Our background is in industrial-grade surface protection designed to withstand impact, abrasion, chemicals, moisture and extreme weather. This expertise forms the foundation of every modular floating platform we manufacture.
Advanced Manufacturing & Structural Engineering
Through our production division LatPur, we operate advanced fabrication systems that allow us to engineer durable floating structures.
Our in-house capabilities include:
- CNC EPS precision cutting
- Large-format Italpresse industrial press
- Reactor E-XP2 high-pressure polyurea system
- Professional polyurethane and polyurea coating equipment
This integrated production environment allows us to build industrial floating platforms — not consumer docks.
Industrial-Grade Polyurea Protection
All Quikdok platforms are coated using a high-pressure system, ensuring:
- Seamless waterproof membrane
- Perfect chemical ratio control
- Extreme adhesion strength
- Long-term marine durability
The result is a continuous industrial polyurea coating resistant to impact, abrasion and water intrusion — technology used in automotive and military applications.
Italpresse Press Technology – Structural Strength
Our large-format Italpresse industrial press allows us to bond structural plywood to CNC-shaped EPS cores under controlled pressure.
Every Quikdok platform is built as a layered system:
- Precision-cut EPS core
- Press-bonded structural plywood
- Industrial polyurea sealing
This creates:
- ✔ Heavy-load pontoons
- ✔ Stable floating work platforms
- ✔ Marine maintenance platforms
- ✔ Durable floating dock systems
